Chris Wilkinson sits as head of development at Jo Cowen Capital in a role that crosses over from Jo Cowen Architects where he sits at the Managing Director. Chris is a highly commercial architect who is able to appraise sites for development potential at feasibility stages, adding value through considered massing, net to gross analysis and alternative use class considerations. Over the past 14 years, Chris has spent considerable time working on multi-unit residential, commercial and industrial schemes from inception to completion.  His role as head of development for Jo Cowen Capital places the Investment Platform in a unique position to support our developers  and funders at the earliest stages, appraising risk and viability through the process. 

Prior to joining Jo Cowen Capital and Jo Cowen Architects in 2013, Chris spent a 8 years at Rogers Stirk Harbour and Partners where he worked on complex and bespoke architectural projects including the British Museum WCEC and the Macallan Distillery in Scotland.
