Chris joined Jo Cowen Capital in 2019 in order to grow the companies asset management and investment management capabilities.  Chris is an experienced Chartered Surveyor who has previously worked for Aviva Investors, managing assets across several funds nationwide. Responsibilities included development, refurbishment, acquiring real estate income investments and capital raising. 

More recently, Chris was head of the European investment for Gaw Capital Partners, the Asian investment house. Based in London, Chris spent 5 years establishing and growing Gaw Capital’s investment team, heading their European operation. Under Chris’s management, the GAW European portfolio has exceeded £2 billion since inception with some of the assets that Chris acquired including the Lloyd’s Building, Marks and Spencer’s headquarters, Paddington and Tower Place, City of London.
